1) IQF Quick-Freezing Route (Kernels & Cobs)

For frozen products, we design a complete sequence that typically includes threshing, grading, washing/cleaning, blanching, cooling, and IQF freezing. The process is configured to reduce kernel damage, improve uniformity, and control enzyme activity before freezing.


We then match the right quick-freezing solution—such as an IQF tunnel freezer or spiral quick freezer—to your product form and capacity plan. Rapid deep-freezing at -30°C or lower helps lock in the corn’s natural sweetness and bright appearance, producing premium IQF corn kernels (whole or half kernels) and frozen whole sweet corn cobs that perform well in retail, foodservice, and ingredient applications.


2) Canning Route (Shelf-Stable Corn)

For customers targeting long shelf life and stable distribution, we provide a dedicated canning configuration with core stages such as threshing, filling, sealing, and sterilization. Our canning route is designed around food safety compliance and process consistency, helping you achieve reliable texture and flavor across batches while meeting the volume needs of conventional canned food channels.
