For frozen diced, sliced, granular, or mixed products, we integrate high-efficiency quick-freezing equipment such as an IQF tunnel freezer, spiral quick freezer, or fluidization IQF freezer (selected based on product type and capacity). The line can be configured to achieve rapid deep-freezing at -30°C or below, helping to preserve fresh color, natural flavor, texture, and nutrients while reducing clumping and moisture loss. Typical products include frozen strawberries, blueberries, diced mango, corn kernels, diced carrots, and mixed vegetables.


Drying Route (Dehydrated Products)

For dehydrated fruits and vegetables, the system can be matched with multi-layer belt dryers, box-type dryers, swirl-type dryers, or other drying equipment. Precise temperature and airflow control supports gentle moisture removal to protect appearance and functional properties, enabling products with natural color, stable shelf-life, and strong rehydration performance. Common outputs include dehydrated shiitake mushrooms, scallion segments, dried yellow peaches, raisins, and other dried ingredients for food manufacturing.
