At Shaoxing Jiesheng Food Machine Technology (Wuye Machinery), we design and build seafood production lines for medium-to-large processors who want higher efficiency, better yield, and consistent quality from raw material intake to finished product output. Our solutions are not a loose combination of machines—they are modular, highly automated turnkey lines engineered around seafood characteristics (high moisture, delicate texture, hygiene demands, and corrosion exposure) and the specific requirements of your target market.
Seafood processors often need both “fresh-locking” products and “value-added” shelf-stable products. That’s why we provide two mainstream process routes that can be configured independently—or planned as part of a scalable project:
We integrate IQF, spiral quick freezing, or tunnel quick-freezing technologies to deliver rapid deep-freezing at -30°C and below. The goal is to lock in freshness, plump appearance, and high-quality protein, while reducing drip loss and maintaining texture after thawing. This route is widely used for products such as IQF shrimp meat, scallops, fish fillets, octopus, fish balls, and crab. Based on your product form (whole, shelled, cut pieces, minced) and output targets, we match the appropriate freezer type and upstream conveying, draining, and glazing options.
For products where stable storage and concentrated flavor are priorities, our drying route applies an intelligent temperature- and humidity-controlled drying system. Gentle moisture removal helps preserve color, aroma, and structure for products such as dried fish fillets, dried scallops, and dried shrimp. We tailor the drying equipment selection and airflow/temperature strategy to your seafood type and final moisture targets.
To improve standardization and reduce labor dependency, our seafood lines connect critical pre-treatment modules into a continuous flow, including grading, cleaning, shelling/peeling, trimming, cutting, and other steps required for your product. By reducing manual contact and unnecessary handling, we help you improve production rhythm, enhance food safety, and support traceability requirements for domestic and export markets.
We understand that fish, shrimp, shellfish, crab, and cephalopods behave very differently in processing. Our engineering team customizes the complete process flow and unit selection—whether you need gentle cleaning for shellfish, precise portioning for fish fillets, or specific hygiene and sanitation logic for high-throughput shrimp lines. Capacity can be designed from hundreds of kilograms to multiple tons per hour, with clear upgrade paths to expand as raw material supply and orders grow.
Seafood processing requires strict hygiene and strong resistance to corrosion. Our product-contact areas use food-grade stainless steel and anti-corrosion materials, supporting long-term stable operation and easier cleaning in demanding plant environments.
If you’re planning a new seafood project or upgrading an existing facility, we can deliver a practical, scalable seafood production line that improves yield, consistency, and operational efficiency—built around your products, your plant, and your market goals.
