For robust vegetables such as carrots or potatoes, subsequent zones can employ higher temperatures (up to 120°C) for efficient internal moisture removal. The entire drying chamber is constructed from food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and compliance with global food safety standards. An intelligent heat recovery system recirculates and reuses warm air, significantly enhancing the energy efficiency of the vegetable dryer line.
