Operators pour raw materials into the feeding hopper of the supporting elevator. The elevator lifts materials to the inlet of the main unit, and materials flow along the air duct from the high end to the low end. The outlet at the low end of the air duct connects directly to downstream processing equipment, enabling continuous production without additional transfer steps.
During the material flowing process, impurities are separated into two categories based on weight and size. Heavy debris such as small stones and broken bricks pass through the gaps of the internal grating and fall into the dedicated miscellaneous collection box. Light debris such as leaves, weeds and dust are blown out of the exhaust port by the built-in blower. After separation, materials can be optionally transferred to a bubble cleaning machine and draining process for follow-up treatment.
The winnowing separator is equipped with a dedicated blowing system and additional conveying channels. This structure allows light leaves and debris to be discharged directly outdoors, reducing the accumulation of floating dust and debris inside the workshop.
