The drying trolley adopts a multi-layer frame design, with a common range of 6 to 20 layers, and is fitted with metal mesh material trays made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy. This structure provides a large flat spreading area for materials and ensures consistent hot air penetration, making the equipment suitable for sheet-like and granular materials such as vegetables and medicinal materials. The bottom of the trolley is equipped with universal or directional wheels, allowing quick entry and exit from the drying chamber. The equipment is equipped with multiple sets of fans and deflector plates, achieving a three-dimensional hot air circulation with both horizontal and vertical airflow to avoid local temperature imbalance inside the drying chamber. Meanwhile, hot air from the air supply system enters from the end of the drying chamber, running in the reverse direction of the drying trolley to make full and uniform contact with all layers of materials. The drying chamber realizes automatic temperature control throughout the process, and moisture evaporated from materials is discharged automatically by fans.
