Designed for fresh shrimp like whiteleg shrimp and banana prawn, it integrates "beard removing-cleaning-grading-tunnel quick-freezing-outbound" continuous process. it completes core temperature drop from 0℃ to -18℃ in 5-7 minutes, with shrimp blackhead rate <1% and integrity rate ≥99%. Food-grade 304 stainless steel tunnel body + soft silicone mesh, hourly capacity 500-10000kg, meeting large-scale production of seafood processing plants. After thawing, the shrimp meat is firm and elastic, with umami retention rate ≥98%.
